We are all saddened to learn of Billy Freeman's death an hour or so ago. Our love and prayers go out to Jewell and Chris. Billy will certainly be missed in the Chapel Hill UMC family.

Do you think Chapel Hill has a chance of survival?
No. It is likely that Chapel Hill cannot survive much longer. WHOA! Say more, preacher...I don't like what I hear.
As long as we are in a "survival" mode, we miss the whole point of our purpose. Matthew 10:3939 If you try to save your life, you will lose it. But if you give it up for me, you will surely find it.
Our focus is not a matter of survival, but of legacy. Can we hand over the future to the future? Can we present Christ to this wrld rather than buildings and turf? When we do, then He will manage our survival according to His perfect plan.
